Thorough out my life, i tried to push my limits, open my mind, and improve myself. In my professional life, i try to follow the same principles and never give up when i meet difficulties. I do not avoid taking risks although i sometimes face bad results and fail.The automation technology is improving and changing everday with a growing acceleration by being more competitive, more flexible, robuster, safer and more integrated to other production systems. The connectivity and dijitalization are key factors. This is also changing the engineering, marketing and sales methods in technology companies. We are not talking just about products, we are talking about smart products and integrated solutions. The solution needs to be uniqe and individualised for different sectors and areas of manufacturing. We need to understand needs and give the best and optimized solution with added values. This gives me the inspiration in my job.Communication is another important factor that i believe makes difference in team working and relationships. We write more mails, but talk less face to face. At the end, it is people who make the difference, solve the problems and provide confidence. I think that is a key aspect to a successful career.
