Hello,My name is esraa. I have a bachelor degree of arts (Turkish language) in 2019. As well, i have a professional digital marketing diploma from Arab academy for science and technology in 2022.Having almost 3 years of experience in customer support field. I worked as back office at Sutherland global (2022_2024). it was a great experience as I had the knowledge and the required skills to handle procurement & finance (AR_AP) requests. Dealing with suppliers around the world and following up with them from (sourcing process until running the contracts, delivering the service and paying for them). I used to work on Empower system (Oracle) as one of the main tools to handle any request.As well, i had the access to help the employees to (reset passwords, unlock, lock, activate, deactivate their accounts, Hyperion access ...etc). İt makes me have the basics as İT support. i worked before as customer care at Talabat. As well, i have one year experience as social media specialist.I am a self-motivated individual with a passion for continuous learning. I thrive in challenging environments and enjoy working on projects that require creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
