- Providing customers by Financial and Technical information about the Stock Market.- Supporting customers in decision making regarding their portfolios.- Managing customers' daily orders.- Assisting in executing company's Sales Strategy.- Maximizing company's revenues through maximizing client’s portfolio market turnover.- Reporting daily, weekly and monthly activities to top management.

- Supporting all customer needs answering questions by e-mail or over the phone about the stock market & The Company Finance Website.- Handling all new subscriptions and renewals (Online Trading Accounts).- Coordinating with Honest Brokerage & Bookkeeping regarding opening new accounts or account complaints.- Handling client’s orders by contacting Honest Brokerage, Trading Desk, Clearing and Accounting Departments.- Handling all corporate actions (IPOs, capital increasing, rights issue, stock split, stock dividend) with Honest Back Office.- Handling the daily, weekly & monthly reports such as (commission & revenues reports).- Supporting in preparation and organization of company events.
