➢ Coordinate scrum meetings (Daily standup meeting, weekly sprint reviewmeeting, retrospective, and release meeting).➢ Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing and development activities.➢ Reviewing client requirements with the project managers to ensurerequirements are clear.➢ Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents➢ Divide requirements to user stories and add them to the management tool“Jira”.➢ Follow-up current sprint tasks, help the team keep tasks updated andprepare for coming sprints.➢ Prioritize tasks based on the customer needs.➢ Support junior & quality control engineers and review their tasks.➢ Test the system based on the requirements and report issues.➢ Co-ordinate in the release of the project deliverables and release life cycle.➢ Test the system after release on the production environment.➢ Provide training to the clients on the delivered projects.➢ Investigate bugs and identifying the exact scenario that caused the issue toassist developers and account managers with the source of bugs.➢ Support the clients via ticketing system “Freshdesk”.➢ Classify customer tickets if it is bug or change request and follow up ticketstill close them
