This role involves screening resumes, coordinating the interview process, conducting HR qualifcation interviews, and facilitating job offers.• Act as the department HR interface, addressing a range of staff issues including attendance, medical insurance, escalations, and staff relations.• Handle various staff relations tasks such as organizing events, farewells, team-building activities, staff outings, welcome packages, internal communications, and awards.• Oversee staff appraisals and contract renewals

Responsible for all tasks related to recruitment interviews. Which includes conducting qualifcation interviews, coordinating technical and fnal interviews. Utilising internal software to management candidate information and recruitment progress.• Headhunted for candidates in the Middle East and African Region, supporting various representative offces in the entire region.
