Responsibilities:1-Establishing HR Department from scratch.2-Create a database, complete employee’s documents & create files for new employees.3-Prepare contracts for new employees & renew current employee’s contracts.4-Follow up any issue with social insurance office or labor low office.5-Follow up attendance & absence.6-Manage daily operations.7-Manage monthly payroll cycle.8-Prepare and implement Org Chart.9-Design Job Description & Job Specification.10-Prepare & Implement policies, procedures manual, job contract & HR forms.11-Ensure all company HR policies are applied correctly.12-Create Manpower plan.13-Manage Recruitment end to end (Job post, screening, interview, evaluate, selection & Job Offer).14-Prepare & Plan performance cycle.15-Make Salary structure, developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget.16-Make training need analysis (TNA) based on performance appraisal results.
