- Document Controller- Maintaining and continuously improving quality and food safety management system through assuring that all the production lines are complying with quality and food safety standards.- monitoring production areas continuously through production & after and before production, assuring proper GMP and Hygiene practices within production areas. - Monitoring Control Measures through product flow chart and correcting the non conformance cases.- testing samples according to the specifications of the product.- Receiving raw materials and production requirements (packaging materials).- check storage conditions in warehouses to ensure compliance with quality standards.- Supervising the exit of the final product.- Member of the internal audit team of the company's quality system.- Perform instrument calibration and follow up on preventive maintainance.- monitoring and ensuring that the laboratory equipment's calibration plan is fulfilled.- Follow up production and hygiene sheets.- Training workers and making sure of their awareness of GMP, GHP and CCPs.
