My responsibilities as an intern Lawyer were :- Responsible for making an Investigations with employees and operators whose violated the regulations and administrative decisions and drawing up memorandum with final results.- Reviewing purchasing contracts, renewals and letters of intents.- Following up and managing the contract process with suppliers.- Making legal research on any legislative amendments to the company’s activities and providing them with Legal advises.- Reviewing Legal documents to be ensure that they are in proper format and contain all the necessary paperwork for court acceptance.- Attending Haring court and following up law suits.- Created filling system. - Reporting issues of concern to all Departments. - I was selected to be responsible for preparing documents that will be deposit in M.C.D.R and Depository Company and following up with the Securities Trading Company.- I was selected to be a legal researcher in Legal Claim has been related to HSE issue.

I was responsible for the following:-Attending Court hearing.- Organizing Court hearing agenda.- Ridding administrative procedure.-Drafting Declarations and Official Notices.-Drafting memorandums.
