Managing personnel procedures in accordance with employee agreements including new hires.Track employees' absence, and send legal warnings accordingly.Reviewing the company policies and ensuring the employee's commitment regarding the policies.Responsible for reviewing the absence cases & take the required disciplinary action upon company policy.Responsible for auditing the monthly payroll data, including edit the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees, any deductions or compensation.prepare HR monthly reports (HR cost , HR Budget & Turnover etch…).

Data collection for monthly payroll.collecting variables from all departments then add this to attendance sheet.Ensure all timecards are approved by the deadline.Reconcile payroll records with approved timecards.Process wage garnishment and other deductions.Track reported issues with payroll system and work with Mangers to have corrected.

Follow up on the performance development reviews & career discussion cards submission dates • Maintain up-to-date staffing report, search progress, candidate database and all related staffing communications & report on weekly basis• Lead the Performance Appraisal process for the Staff and Frontline & ensure its quality implementation as per company guidelines
