I am an experienced professional in the field of children's programming education, with a proven track record in teaching, training, and quality management. My journey began in 2019 as an instructor, where I conducted over 2,000 lectures and taught more than 1,000 students, inspiring young minds to explore the world of programming. These students hailed from diverse backgrounds both within Egypt and internationally, showcasing the global impact of my work.In 2021, I transitioned into the role of Learning and Development Specialist, designing and delivering impactful training programs for instructors. My focus has been on enhancing teaching strategies, mentoring educators, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.By 2023, I developed and implemented a comprehensive quality system to elevate teaching standards and ensure exceptional learning experiences. As a Quality Manager, I now oversee program delivery, ensuring excellence in every aspect of the educational journey.Throughout my career, I have collaborated with prestigious educational institutions worldwide, such as the School of Continuing Education at the American University in Cairo. I also supervised and contributed to the curriculum of our joint programs, ensuring alignment with global educational standards.My passion lies in fostering creativity and problem-solving skills in children, equipping them with tools to succeed in future tech-driven careers.
