- Managing centralized financing team which are responsible from;o Leading and preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financials, property accounting, budgeting and reporting process, and forecastingo Financial planning through financial modeling and analysis,o Monitoring the financial performance of the companies,o Review the general ledger and analysis of financial accounts,o Oversee the ‘budget – to actual’ variance analysis,o Managing foreign currency position on daily basis,o Partner with other internal departments to ensure that communications and presentation materials are accurate,o Finding alternative financing solutions in line with budget and short and long term cash flow forecast,o Managing daily bank relations,o Analyzing risk level of customer portfolio,o Overseeing collection operations.

- Preparing monthly cash-flow with projections and yearly budget plans, Responsible for the transactions,internal controls and end to end integrity of accounting, reporting and planning,- Build on existing procedures, to establish strong internal controls, to support performance and protect theassets and ensure the integrity of the financials,- Lead monthly reporting, delivering management accounts, reporting versus budget and forecast, and signingoff on the adequacy of internal controls,- Prepare and present annual budgets, forecasts for each projects and report on performance vs budgets,- Review commercial contracts to ensure in line with commercial and financial policies,- Manage the banking relationship overseeing the cash flow planning to ensure sufficient working capital andavailability of funds to meet commitments.

- Lead, develop and manage a branch to ensure achievement of the business objectives,- Ensure delivery of a consistently excellent customer experience and encourage customer migration toalternative channels,- Operate with the highest standards that meet and exceed all regulatory requirements and ensure that frontline act as first line of defense by having right conversations with customers,- Accountable for minimizing risk and maximizing operational efficiency,- Achieve results by working with the whole branch team, local market and wider community,- Ensure strict alignment to global standards,- Coach, motivate and support sales team,- Give continuous market updates and trainings to branch team,- Management of credit portfolio of branch

- Managing banking operations of a customer portfolio of commercial companies,- Conducting cross-sales activities via pursuit of the banking services requirements of the customer portfolio,- Managing credit risk by market intelligence, cash flow monitoring and quarterly financial report analysis,- Preparing and presenting credit proposals to the credit committee of the bank,- Searching for prospective customers through hinterland research, media and sectoral reports.
