- Managing centralized financing team which are responsible from;o Leading and preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financials, property accounting, budgeting and reporting process, and forecastingo Financial planning through financial modeling and analysis,o Monitoring the financial performance of the companies,o Review the general ledger and analysis of financial accounts,o Oversee the ‘budget – to actual’ variance analysis,o Managing foreign currency position on daily basis,o Partner with other internal departments to ensure that communications and presentation materials are accurate,o Finding alternative financing solutions in line with budget and short and long term cash flow forecast,o Managing daily bank relations,o Analyzing risk level of customer portfolio,o Overseeing collection operations.
