QNBEYOND was founded in 2018 and is positioned as the innovation laboratory of QNB Finansbank. It consists of a team that aims to transform the world into a better shape by selecting and designing scalable ideas, as well as developing new products and projects for QNB's corporate entrepreneurship, venture builder, and growth teams.QNBEYOND supports the entrepreneurial ecosystem through the QNBEYOND Acceleration Program and QNBEYOND Ventures for growth. It connects collaborating startups with resources and prepares them for the market by monitoring their development.- Manage communication processes for the corporate entrepreneurship program.- Manage external collaborations and events (university clubs, collaborations, conferences, and panels)- Support research, business, and product development processes for new projects.- Support the design of new products and processes for the future of banking.- Establish new research groups within the team by following digital trends (Sharing Economy, Web 3.0, NFT, Sustainability, Gig Economy etc.) Prepare reports on the subject as a research group member.Keep the team up-to-date by closely following trends and identifying opportunities and new business areas related to trends.- Manage different entrepreneurship communities within QNBEYOND (corporate entrepreneurs, internal ambassadors, acceleration program alumni, acceleration program mentors, etc.)- Assist entrepreneurs participating in the bootcamp during the corporate entrepreneurship process to develop their projects.- Keep track of and represent QNBEYOND in activities in institutions such as here2next and TÜSİAD.- Plan trainings and content (articles, blog posts, newsletters, online and offline trainings, meetings, talks with entrepreneurs) for bank employees participating in the corporate entrepreneurship program.- Manage QNBEYOND's press and digital communication efforts (written and visual press, social media)

Turkcell's youth-oriented brand GNCTrkcll aimed to promote this brand to young people by organizing an event in different cities of Turkey. With the #GNCTalks positioned under the brand, we created a process that included industry professionals and education coaches, bringing students together with experts in their fields and providing them with consultancy on different topics. To remind students that entrepreneurship could also be a career path, we continued the program by bringing successful famous internet entrepreneurs together with students. During the 3-month program, we traveled to more than 10 cities and had the opportunity to inspire over 5000 students by meeting with them.

I was accepted to the Fellow Program prepared by the Turkish Entrepreneurship Foundation for university students. I was one of the 42 people selected for the program from among 94,000 applications in 2017. I am still actively involved in the Entrepreneurship Foundation's community, contributing to various events in the organization and givingback.
