I am working in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, learning, education, and data analysis. I have been in the field of data science for 16 years since vocational high school. I graduated from Çukurova University's Department of Computer and Instructional Technologies, and have acquired expertise in psychology, educational psychology, instructional technology, and advanced computer skills. I also studied Software Engineering at Gazi University and Justice at Anadolu University. Currently, I am conducting my master's thesis on artificial intelligence in education and am a final-year student in the Sociology department at Istanbul University.At Teknosa, I served as an Educational Technologist, designing technological pieces of training for senior corporate executives and contributing to the training planning of employees. Later, I worked in Adana with the Association for Solidarity with Refugees and Migrants and UNICEF's Al-Farah project, focusing on children and women, and gaining experience with different cultures. In 2016, I assisted in developing one of Europe's largest case management systems while working with disadvantaged groups. My active role in European Union and United Nations projects has given me in-depth knowledge of Turkey's demographic structure.In the UNHCR project based in Gaziantep, I was responsible for the monitoring and evaluation processes of a team of 200 across 11 cities. I managed the regional data systems and was responsible for internal and public reporting. Later, I worked in the central office in Ankara, contributing to the progression of processes across Turkey. These roles have endowed me with profound knowledge in working with international organizations, crisis management, humanitarian aid, and international cooperation.My work primarily focuses on children, women, and girls, and I continue to develop programs and strategies for the welfare and development of these sensitive groups. These broad and varied experiences have provided me with a comprehensive understanding and expertise in the rights, education, and protection of children and women. As a Program Lead at Kodluyoruz, I am realizing my dreams in collaboration with the organization.I am currently serving as an artificial intelligence consultant for various domestic and international institutions and actively participating in non-governmental organizations. I provide mentorship support to the youth, aiming to contribute to their development in the technology and artificial intelligence fields.
