In the institutions we work with, we first set the goal, design the appropriate steps and actions that will take us to our goal, and implement it together with our business partner.

It is a unit established to strengthen the University's relations with the sectors, to design sectoral development programs, and to collaborate with students in order to gain practical experience.My main responsibilities here are:• Developing, implementing, evaluating, and improving various projects to ensure talent and performance development,• Design, develop, and deliver soft skill training programs and workshops targeting 4000 students from different disciplines• Analyze training needs for employees and graduating senior students and coordinate tailored training programs with external trainers• Design, implementation, and coordination of events that will strengthen the employer brand of companies in order to strengthen university and sector cooperation• Development and implementation of different projects, especially orientation, in order for students to adapt to the school and business world• Design, implement and coordinate the assessment system of OzU Scholarship Program targeting outstanding high school students• Collaborate with a market research company and conducted a university-wide project on “Employee and Student Engagement and Satisfaction” which targeted 4500 participants in total
