Senior Test Expert
Current- Managing the test group, scheduling test programme, organizing both metal and non-metal test operations, performing tests personally when it is necessary- Evaluating the test results and compare written test reports by labor with global standards and giving approval.- Analyzing paints, coatings, adhesives behaviours under different working conditions.- Planning the IS0 / IEC 17025 audit programs and the context of laboratory audit system.- Preparing annual plan and managing ISO/IEC 17025 standard implementation and certification studies.- Contacting with TÜRKAK authority and external auditors.- Completing of post-audit actions and nonconformities.- Preparing the laboratory for ISO 9001 audits.- With the quality audit unit, conducting and evaluating potential suppliers for whom a pre-audit is planned, reporting open points and supporting their preparation for the approval audit.- Being part of production audit team consisted of experts from the job preparation, production and quality departments, carrying out inspections mainly to the assembly, mechanical assembly and paint shop departments, correcting the open points, identifying the risky points and providing to take precautions.- Leading the chemical committee where all chemicals used in MAN are evaluated and approved- Managing whole chemicals in facility in scope of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001- Cooperating with SQA team for part approval processes- Supporting Ankara and Starachowiche production unit about force majeuere points.- Doing on-site root cause analysis with the supplier development unit for purchasing parts that need improvement and taking necessary measures. Providing the supplier suggestions about the problem, doing trails and releasing the process if the results are suitable- Analyzing paint, corrosion, adhesive and welding customer complaints(FMP) come via field quality unit, finding the cause and triggering the relevant section- Doing investment plans and tracking monthly
