Updated functionality to our Bills of Lading screen to streamline payments for our G3 customers as well as numerous other bug fixes and enhancements across our functional areas.On the "Run-Team" I help troubleshoot, resolve, and document support tickets for the WineManager application that services over 20 posting sites, 200+ IBI Reports and around 1000 users. The team handles numerous month end activities including inventory loads into the GWM application. Some initiatives for that team include: ● Creating a Wiki site within SharePoint with detailed steps to solve helpdesk tickets, address month end activities and various other responsibilities within the Run Team, making information more accessible and actionable.● Engaging with customers to address bugs (JIRA issues), training regarding business processes, and enhancement opportunities.● Developing business test cases for users to verify updated functionality after promotions and upgrades as well as to be applied throughout regression testing.● Collaborated with the data warehouse team (Netezza) to transfer tables and PLSQL from our schema for the purpose improving performance across the application and making data readily available to our customers. ● Additionally I have also participated in recruiting for the IS department at my Alma Mater looking for interns as well as full-time hires.
