Developed software solutions and defect resolution in C/C++, SQL, and Perl and served as the Tier-1 support for all technical issues affecting the command and control software during system acceptance testing. On the DCS 2000 program, developed scanning and census forms batching control software as a program risk mitigation activity using Visual C++. Established a functional prototype for $70K to replace an inefficient $4M contractor developed system which resulted in a risk reduction and cost savings for the program.
