Independently leading a team of about 40 engineers, working on various projects on Mobile, Desktop, Web, QA, Data Science and Machine Learning. Key responsibilities include:- Head of Application Security (designed secure code trainings, security checklists, standardized secure coding service).- Product owner and system architect for a major big-data security analytics and threat detection system.- Enablement of dedicated sales and marketing effort for my department and established key fundamentals from the ground up.- Proactive initiative on rapid application development, and new technology trend adoption to improve software quality and make our service offerings more competitive.- Trained multiple technical project managers, software architects and system architects under me.- Acting as a primary interface for discovery meetings with all new prospects, responding to sales qualified leads. - Writing detailed technical & financial proposals, product wireframes, work breakdown structures, architecture, design, UI/UX, and solution documents.- Hiring A+ senior engineering resources via direct technical evaluation, ensuring best fit placement for target positions and company culture.As a Technical Lead/Manager:------------------------------ Collaborate with team and drive decisions for System Architecture, DB Design, Project Structure and feature design.- Collaborate closely with the client on analysis and refinement of requirements & business rules; come up with detailed workflows for high level requirements put forth by clients.- Prepare Project Plan, velocity estimations, milestone projections and tracking process.- Identify measurable project metrics, their monitoring frequency, project risks and GIT flows.- Do sprint analysis, generate reports of Risks & Measurements on predefined frequency.- Driving the debugging process at lower level when someone in team is stuck, to helping them reach solutions.- Follow Agile and document notes of Retrospectives, Sprint Plannings and weekly sprint reviews.As a Mobile Architect:----------------------- Design App architecture, help clients make technology decisions, mentor & lead team through complex feature implementations.- Closely collaborate with product owners during all phases of development, from idea conception to idea refinement, solution architecture and visual design.- Got a critical eye for minute UX / UI details, feature design gaps identification, code quality, efficiency of workflows of user-features and a natural solution / system architecture.
