Correct errors and inconsistencies in files, such as font issues, image resolution, and color discrepancies. Color separation.-Color Management: Ensure color consistency and accuracy throughout the design and printing process. Utilize color profiles and calibration tools to achieve the best possible print quality. Color separation.-Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers, print production teams, and clients to ensure that design files meet project specifications. Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs and provide guidance on file preparation.-Software: Use Prepress standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Artpro, Artpro+ and Heliodisk) for file preparation and correction.-Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks of files before sending them to print, ensuring they meet all technical and aesthetic standards.-Documentation: Maintain detailed records of file versions, corrections, and other relevant information. Identify and resolve any issues that may affect the final print output.
