    I was resposibile of the following:• A Steam Generating Plant has two water bays, five boilers each produces between 34 to 40 t/hr at 226 to 250 centigrade with outlet pressure from 150 to 164 psi and two gas scrubbers.• A water Distillation Plant has eight units producing 43 cubic meter a day per each, a sulphuric acid injection system and three potable tanks.• Two Mobil Inert Gas generating Plants.• A Compressor house of five electrical driven compressors and two diesel compressors (act as standby units ), in addition to an emergency mobile one HULMAN. Two air dryers to make the pressurized ( 90 psi ) free of moisture.• Loading Pumping station which has Four Gas Turbine driven pumps and one Electric. All the Turbines are : RUSTON ; three TB 5000 and the fourth one is RUSTON 1500.• Dehydration and Desalting Plant which separates different types of water ( free & emulsified ) from the oil and get red of the salt. It consists of an Electrostatic Treatment Package (ETPP) which has pre heater , a prim fired heater (CHF- raises temp more than 100 F) , Dehydrator, Desalter , Sea Water Oxygen Removal plant (SWORP) , Crud Oil Chemical Injection Facility (COCIF) , Sour Water DE-Oiling Plant (SWDP), Emulsion Treater/Receiver , and fuel Gas scrubber.• Many different Analyzing Systems such as hydrocarbon gas detectors , Carbon Mono/Dioxide gases ,Oxygen , pH analyzers , Chlorine analyzers , All gases emitted from boilers , and conductivity meters.
