•Define, develop and deliver effective knowledge transfer and functional training programs for all identified Divisional/Departmental employees.•In liaison with the concerned Line Manager and Technical Training Team Leader, conduct Training needs analysis and skill gap analysis for identification and determination of specific needs.•Advise, establish and implement personal development plans and training interventions required for Divisional/Departmental staff.Coordinate and facilitate periodic knowledge building and skills transfer programs using a defined schedule to build the desired capabilities for all identified staff.•Prepare employee knowledge transfer plans, monitor the work activities and ensure effective implementation of the program.•Conduct periodic assessment of employees participating in the Knowledge transfer program, analyze assessment results and identify the knowledge & skill gaps.•Prepare periodic reports on the knowledge transfer program progress and provide regular feedback to the concerned Line Managers and Management.•Coordinate Coaching and Mentoring for identified staff in close liaison with functional Department Heads and L&D Department.•Assist in the preparation of Competency Profiles and framework for identified positions in the respective Divisions/Departments.•Provide technical advice to Department Heads and concerned staff to optimise learning and service delivery•Develop and prepare assessment tools for technical subjects and real work activities.•Perform the role of an Assessor, Verifier and Observer where applicable and as an when required.•Coordinate and observe the CAMS/ CAS assessment and verification system to ensure standardization of skills and knowledge attainment with appropriate processes and procedures. •Work in close coordination with Learning & Development personnel to ensure that the CAMS, CAS and Career Development KPIs are met, and prepare the required periodic progress reports.

Responsibilities & Duties1- I wrote many modules for related training courses such as:• PROCESS PARAMETERS (Pressure, Level, Flow, and Temperatures).• Control Theories and Controllors.• Control Valves.• Programmable Logical Cotrolles PLC.• Surfing in Electronics & Electric Circuits.• Digital & Logic Concepts.2- Conduct the above mentioned courses in addition to more other related subjects such as: Emergrnrncy Shut Down Systems ESD, Working in Safe Eniviroments, Intreninsiclly Safe equipments,…………………… etc. 3- Maintain training records for each trainee. 4- Identify future training requirements in liaison with maintenance departement.5- Liase with Safety Dept. and ADMA-OPCO Fire & Safety Dept.to co-ordinate safety training programmes. Participated in the co-ordination of emergency exercises including planning, adminstration, mointoring and debriefing.6- Prepare induction programmes for the new recruits within the devision and assist in their general adminstration.7- Observe Different assessments and produce reportes about such activities.8- Direct trainees to have evidences for their work and keep these records in aformal way.9- follow trainees progress through the PDP system “Personal Develment Progress”. I was resposible about the given below activities:• Leading the instrumentation and control maintenance team . Power Generation ( 3 THOMASSEN Fram IV with a controlling system SPEEDTRONIC MARC IV Gas Turbines ).2. Instrument Compressed Air.3. Inert Gas Plant (3 Units).

I was resposibile of the following:• A Steam Generating Plant has two water bays, five boilers each produces between 34 to 40 t/hr at 226 to 250 centigrade with outlet pressure from 150 to 164 psi and two gas scrubbers.• A water Distillation Plant has eight units producing 43 cubic meter a day per each, a sulphuric acid injection system and three potable tanks.• Two Mobil Inert Gas generating Plants.• A Compressor house of five electrical driven compressors and two diesel compressors (act as standby units ), in addition to an emergency mobile one HULMAN. Two air dryers to make the pressurized ( 90 psi ) free of moisture.• Loading Pumping station which has Four Gas Turbine driven pumps and one Electric. All the Turbines are : RUSTON ; three TB 5000 and the fourth one is RUSTON 1500.• Dehydration and Desalting Plant which separates different types of water ( free & emulsified ) from the oil and get red of the salt. It consists of an Electrostatic Treatment Package (ETPP) which has pre heater , a prim fired heater (CHF- raises temp more than 100 F) , Dehydrator, Desalter , Sea Water Oxygen Removal plant (SWORP) , Crud Oil Chemical Injection Facility (COCIF) , Sour Water DE-Oiling Plant (SWDP), Emulsion Treater/Receiver , and fuel Gas scrubber.• Many different Analyzing Systems such as hydrocarbon gas detectors , Carbon Mono/Dioxide gases ,Oxygen , pH analyzers , Chlorine analyzers , All gases emitted from boilers , and conductivity meters.

I was the responsible of the supervisory system which incorporated:• Two Interdata Mini computers P3010-2 (Model 70) with a common peripheral devices consisted of two line printers (TALL 2000), three TEC monitors, and a Teletype writer (OLIVITTI.• Telemetry system had two NUOVO PIGNONE master station and seven out stations splitted into 13 cabinets which were spread along the pipeline.• UPS system which comprised two Battery Chargers, two Inverters, and static switch.Responsibilities and Duties• Reviewing specifications of the supervisory and telemetry system’s project.• Participated with the Italian team in the installation work of the above systems.• Commissioned the above two systems.• Carried out preventive and contingency maintenance for the above systems.• Built a professional electronics laboratory capable to maintain the PCB’s of the above system down to the component level. In addition prepared and qualified team of technicians to carry out the maintenance duties.AchievementsI designed and implemented the following:• A driving logic to test the Mimic Board in the dispatching center.• Many Power Supplies and Regulators to replace the original cards used in the peripherals to avoid their high fault ratings.• A remote density detector generating a signal to the operators in both sites to alert them of the arrival of either the front or end of the contaminated batch at Sidi Karier site.

I had been exposed to Many different engineering fields during the installation and construction phase of SUMED project.I participated in reviewing the documentation and drawings of most of the project items like Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil work in addition to my Main specialization which was computer and telemetry systems. shifted to Sidi Karier site where I was responsible of supervising the civil work ( Earth moving calculation and progress of building) , the double jointing workshop which was welding pipes into pairs and testing the welding using the X ray technique.In Middle of 1976 ; I was transferred to Suhkna site to follow the installation of the pumping stations and storage tanks in addition to the preparation of the supervisory system as mentioned earlier preceded paragraph.
