Contracts Management Advisor for Abu Dhabi Municipality - Infrastructure & Municipal Assets Sector – Maintenance. Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to clients, management and team. Produce formal status reports, team presentations, contract requirements and documentation. Execute the financial contract management processes to ensure successful financial performance of the contracts. Perform contract budget planned to actual review, identify variances to baseline plan and recommended corrective action. Manage the contract team, roles and responsibilities. Accurately optimize contributions of all parties related to the contract. Provide objectives and formal feedback on team member performance. Monitor and control prerequisites, constraints and integration of the contract during contract execution and initiate corrective action where required. Locate and use appropriate tools and facilities from inside and outside the organization. Contribute to the requirements definition, cost estimates, and effectiveness tracking of the contract environment. Contribute to the development of the quality plan and participate in quality reviews. Ensure the quality of the contract deliverables meet the quality standards defined in the quality plan. Manage client and contract work deliverables for the contract and validate them against the quality plan. Identify and track risks and recommend alternative solutions and corrective actions. Identify and document the specific contract activities that must be performed to produce the various contract deliverables identified in the work breakdown structure (WBS). Estimate contract resource requirements and developed the contract schedule, drawing on the knowledge of experienced team members. Track and report the planned contract schedule vs. the actuals.  Contribute to the definition of the contract goals, objectives, scope and deliverables acceptance criteria.

In charge of Contract Management Team for the Operation & Maintenance of Sewage Pumping Station and Network within Abu Dhabi Island & Western Region Area  Lead day-to-day management of O&M. Support effective monitoring of the pumping station and network. Monitor the performance of the contractors, subcontractors and provide periodic reports of contractor performance. Participate in preparing tender documents, bill of quantity and schedule of rates. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of all assets. Monitor the quality and effectiveness of maintenance undertaken by the contractor. Optimize routine and non-routine maintenance to provide cost effective service. Validate monthly invoices of contractors and consultants for billing against actual work achieved. Participate in commissioning, inspection and handing over activities as required. Manage prompt and efficient response to emergencies and incidents. Manage work allocation to the Engineers and Technician to ensure effective contract management and performance. Supervise all non-routine activities Be the technical expert for recommending solutions for recurring/major problems and breakdown. Maintain all related technical, performance and contractual documentation. Ensure quality and technical excellence in operations and maintenance activities. Update knowledge and skills on an ongoing basis. Identify the learning and development needs of the team. Set targets and standards of performance for team. Manage the performance of individual members of the team.
