- Responsible for all day to day administration transactions pertaining to UND portfolio- Preparing and revision for all production duties for life and personal Accident products- Prepare all monthly and quarterly reports for Underwriting operation and underwriters- Issue Life and Health insurance policies- Review new application submitted by agencies and make sure that all needed information is complete and clearly exist on the application that signed by client (checking legality of policies)- Initial building for all new applications on OLAS (Ordinary Life Administration System)- Checking rejection “If the client rejected from other company- Checking Offac (Office of Foreign Assists Control)- Type all individual policies including policies specification schedule riders’ policy, receipts exclusions……etc.- Issuing all responses letters for customers- Administration for all customers medicals in MetLife medical network …. & others - Conduct first premium clearance on the system whish transform the pending policy to in force police (valid)- Checking the daily transmittal and ensure that contents comply with our transmittal sheet- Follow – up with the field force UND recruitments and delivery of the policies that issued or still under processing- Register receiving medicals from hospitals (our medical network) in special log and distribute it in clients file- Prepare accounting calculation from the medical fees and make payment orders to the accounting department to pay these fees to the hospitals

- Responsible for taking money in the form of cash, check, or credit card from patrons in exchange for food or services- Scans items, provides change, balances drawer, and processes card transactions.- Audit for All restaurant and casino- Review reports of all restaurants- prepare Journal Entry, General Journal and inventory- Handling all the cash transaction of an organization- Receive payment by cash, checks, credit card etc.- Checking daily cash accounts- Guiding and solving queries of customer- Providing training and assistance to new joined cashier- Maintaining monthly, weekly and daily report of transactions
