Main objective of the project is Implementation of PSImetals MES and optimization system for the heavy section mill comprising of PSImetals Planning, Production and Quality componentsResponsible for:• Meeting the goals of the project in terms of the technical aspects, the time schedule and the costs as defined in the contract.• Decisions for all technical, organizational, schedule and cost-related questions within the agreed contract• Decisions and actions related to the project implementation in a mutually agreed and binding manner.• Ensure availability of staff as required.• Decisions on procedures that are newly established during the start-up of the operation and the IT systems.
