My personal why and mission is to merge technology with design to create incredible experiences that better humankind and the world. There is no better way to do that than through the impact Lumate will have on the lives of so many people struggling with anxiety today.- Bio -As a serial entrepreneur and growth hacker, Essa founded eMedia Design Co., a company he started in his apartment after quitting his job and having nothing in the bank. He grew it to a multi-million dollar business with hundreds of raving clients and a rock-star team, ultimately to a successful exit in June 2018, all before turning forty. But there was much left to do.Since the acquisition, Essa started his latest venture, GrowthMob, an agency specializing in Ethical Growth Hacking strategies through integrating Brand, CX, Technology, Go-to-Market, and Product Innovation using 25+ years of experience within each space. Essa led an early-stage HealthTech startup chosen as a U.S. HHS – AHRQ Digital Health Innovation Challenge finalist to win the first runner-up. All this while completing his M.B.A. and having equity positions or helping to launch two other start-ups.Most recently, Essa has taken on Head of Marketing for Lumate Health, a mental telehealth startup providing high-quality, evidence-based treatment for anxiety in teens and young adults. Essa leads brand activation and go-to-market motions while supporting the production and launch of LumaCare, the company's custom-built patient management system, along with the company’s online training platform Lumate Academy.
