● Work with teachers, Program Manager, and tutors to ensure families receive information on their children’s progress and how best to support their children’s academic achievement.● Successfully contact caregivers at least twice monthly to discuss student progress.● Complete a minimum of 2 home visits for every Future Forward family annually.● Coordinate monthly family events, including actively seeking parental involvement● Observe tutoring sessions for all participating students at least once each month.● Meet with teachers and staff to evaluate program progress and share feedback and● concerns from parents/ families.● Attend all required professional development trainings/workshops.● Participate in programs, projects, and special events.● Assist program in achieving deliverables and outcomes.● Other duties as assigned.
