Human Resources Assistant
Current- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources and Learning and Development teams;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation;
- Answer internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department, including applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records; Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately;
- Support and assist with planning and execution of special events, HR-related training programs, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and other employee engagements;
- Enter employee data into relevant digital platforms, including the ATS, iCIMS, and HRIS, UltiPro/UKG;
