I create, curate and elevate learnings for departments all across Sephora Canada. These can vary from job aids, quizzes, eLearning's, videos and more. Outside of my role responsibilities, I have a strong passion for Diversity and Inclusion and am proud to be a part of two of our D&I heart journey at Sephora Canada. Responsible for the execution of the education strategy for assigned market. Execution consists of training, coaching and expertise to stores to successfully drive the education strategy within the market. Includes support of leadership to deliver outstanding client service standards through experiential retailing. Assess, train and guide through support of developmental plans for leadership and store employees.

- Responsible for development of employees at all levels in the assigned market supporting skilldevelopment in the areas of coaching, presentation skills, business acumen and managerialcourage.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to drivetraining programs with heavy emphasis on company initiatives.- Work with store leadership to identify and develop top talent for leadership pipeline throughsuccession planning foundations.- Strong facilitation of developmental programs while demonstrating elevated presentation skillscatering to adult learning.

- Developed strategies based on needs of business to achieve training, sales and labor hour goals.- Provided business acumen training to leads and elevated beauty advisors.- Demonstrated strong leadership while managing a group of 20 - 30 individuals.- Build relationships with brands to support sales and individual business.- Carried out developmental and career conversations with Beauty Advisors.- Execution of event planning for store events

- Training and education for all store employees with heavy emphasis on client service model.- Planned, organized and trained beauty advisors for events in partnerships with brands.- Planned and organized onboarding of new hires (logistics, role specific training, technical training, client service training etc.).- Developed relationships and built rapport to aid strong coaching moments with the store team. - Provided feedback to Beauty Advisors, peers and leadership on coaching, touchbases, manager on stage, coaching hours, and presentation delivery.- Planned and organized Full Face Application Prep for certifications in store.
