There is a shiny, yellow box sitting on my desk right now. Tucked away inside is something very special. It represents the super powers I possess as a Digital & Social Brand Marketing Leader who passionately builds integrated marketing campaigns. One day, my curious “co-worker” finally cracked it open to see what was inside. She gasped! It wasn't at all what she assumed — but it was magic.Are you sitting on the edge of your seat waiting to find out what’s in that box? If so, I have you exactly where I want you: Engaged. As a marketer, I love to create riveting stories about products that lead consumers on a journey of discovery. As a wife and mom of two brilliant daughters, I understand that the best brands are the ones that make my life easier. With this insight, I create digital campaigns that resonate with everyday consumers to do just that — make life easy.My super powers are creative big-idea thinking and authentic leadership. My unique career experiences in sales, marketing, advertising and communications, is what helps me thrive today in such an ever-evolving digital media space. Right out of college, I worked in television and film in my hometown of New Orleans, Louisiana. I went on to plan and develop dynamic social media strategies for small businesses in Boston, and I later transitioned to major digital marketing campaigns for Bank of America, Sallie Mae, Ahold-Delhaize (Stop & Shop brand), and Belk. Currently, by day I inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow with The LEGO Group. Alongside my day job, I am the Founder of TruEssence Projects, where I coach women on strategies to disrupt the status quo and live life on their terms through a 5-step process. The show, At the Table with Robert Irvine attracted a new segment of consumers at home and quickly running out of meal ideas. The campaign included social, digital, email, and online video ads resulting in a 15% video view rate and $15 ROI.• Leverage omnichannel commercial planning selling events to develop original influencer marketing campaigns for Stop & Shop’s social channels. In 2019 and 2020, launched a combined 100 influencer activations, which garnered 9.5M impressions, averaging 5.2% engagement rate, and averaging a cost of $0.29 per engagement.• Acted quickly to diffuse negative sentiment after a massive 30,000-employee union strike by developing a successful digital brand marketing campaign titled Beyond the Aisles. The brand campaign garnered 12M video views and 59M impressions, which drastically improved sentiment by +594% and drove 97 percent of active households back to brick-and-mortar locations. • Launched a TikTok campaign leveraging TikTok’s creator studio.• Appointed to serve on a working team with the chief executive officer, chief marketing officer and a global crisis agency, because of Beyond the Aisles success. In this role I developed ongoing digital brand marketing efforts to continue to build trust in Stop & Shop communities.
