I am a Life Yoga/Emotions Coach for private clients of Essential Soul Mama, as well as a Transformational Coach at HealedLovedFed, where I also teach Kundalini Yoga & Meditation classes.My passion is to help people rediscover their innate self-sensory tools (emotions!) which serve as our most accurate guides in life to identify and release inner conflicts and blocks and to get clear on one's own desires and needs for the life they wish to live. Harnessing this innate capacity, along with creating strong, self-motivating habits in meditation, movement and recuperation, I guide clients to their own internal wisdom so that they can CREATE (as opposed to simply manage) their empowered and fulfilled lives. I know what it's like to struggle with feeling stuck and unclear, low self-esteem, cluttered, fearful and judgmental thoughts. Through open conversation, simple energy-balancing practices and mind-shifting concepts, I help clients to uncover for themselves the underlying beliefs that hold them back and to get to what serves their Truth.
