⚫ Product Manager ATM Support / Business Work closely with internal stakeholders, including IT, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams, to ensure smooth operations of the ATM network.•Collaborating with the product team, we establish and oversee the quarterly product roadmap and KPIs, aligned with the bank’s goals and objectives.•Effectively managed over 700 ATMs to ensure prompt resolution and support for customer complaints and meeting the 95% uptime threshold across the bank nation-wide.•Product performance reporting on all value-added service (VAS) products managed by the ATM business/support team (NIP Transfer, and Quickteller)•Provide support to customers who experience issues with ATM transactions, working closely with the customer service team to ensure prompt resolution of complaints.•Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, vendors, and service providers
