Allison Estabrooks was born in the Midwest but moved to Cape Elizabeth, Maine in 4th grade and considered that her home. She dated her husband in high school and followed him a year later to Eckerd College in sunny St. Petersburg, Florida. Her love of the warm weather also convinced her that staying in Florida was the future. Allison and her husband, Dave enjoy traveling and have a fur baby named Piper. Allison started real estate at the early age of 19 alongside a top Realtor in the local market. She worked her way up from assistant to partner in a short time. Allison eventually decided she wanted to leave her smaller franchise office and start on her own at the #1 brand, RE/MAX. She quickly realized this was the best move and her career took off. After 19 years in the business she desperately needed more help and convinced her husband, Dave to join the Estabrooks Group. Together they have continued rising in the real estate world and are consistently ranked top of their office. Allison works primarily with the sellers, while Dave works with the buyers. This unique approach has allowed them to focus on their individual strengths which translates to better service for our clients. Allison loves attention to detail, advertising, staging and all other aspects of selling listings for her wonderful clients. With over 25 years in the business, Allison Estabrooks has her Broker’s license and has achieved RE/MAX Chairman’s Cub, RE/MAX Hall of Fame, RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Certified Short Sale & Foreclosure Expert, Certified HAFA Specialist, Certified 5 Star REO Expert, Zillow Premier Partner as well as the following designations: CNE, CDPE SFR.
