Organise the opening of the biggest insect factory of the world including a visit from King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands.Responsible for purchasing everything needed for the production and office in Dongen (20+pax) and Bergen op Zoom (100+pax). Order the right equipment and materials on the right time and for the right price in order to make all the projects run smoothly. This meant coordinating intensively with all the departments.

Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including: managing an active international agenda while prioritizing conflicting needs; completing expense reports; arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and necessary documentation (visa etc.) for travel-related meetings, take care of lunch/diner/hotel/flight reservations and other tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively lead the company. Other tasks: handle media requests, research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns adressed to the CEO including those of sensitive or confidential nature while determining the appropriate course of action.
