I started mixing live small bands when I was 15 years old, 3 years later I was involved in the big shows industry surrounded by great and very experienced audio engineers. That was where my real experience began. I started working for the biggest audio rental provider in Argentina as audio assistant on large international shows, and I have spent the past 20 years working in the audio industry with countless world class artists and bands. In January 2016 I was hired by Hillsong Church to be the production manager, head of audio and main FOH engineer for all Latin America. As part of the role I was in charge of strategic and daily operations for all the Latin American based production requirements of Hillsong Church, as well as:– Project Management and oversight of all major and minor system upgrades relating to audio, lighting, backline, control and staging. – Management and coordination of volunteers, contractors and equipment for various concerts, shows, conferences and events. Some of these services with attendances of up to 18,000 people as well as the Hillsong Latin America's weekend services that used to have attendances in excess of 12,000 people. – Building strategic relationships with key rental providers as well as importers and brand representatives of audio, lighting, video, LED screens and backline.– Oversight, negotiation and management of budgets for daily production requirements and any special event. – Development of strong Business Cases, partnering with key product suppliers as well as with the main brands, and negotiating large capital purchases on behalf of Hillsong Church. – Responsible for ensuring audio engineering was of the highest standard for all services across Hillsong Church Latin America. To do this I built up technicians from scratch, trained the production teams in areas as live mixing, radio frequency managing, Dante networking, and everything related to audio and to the live music production. – During the first 2 years of Hillsong Buenos Aires and the first 2 years of Hillsong São Paulo, I raised up a teams of over 75 volunteers fully trained in each location from scratch. After that, I was focused on raising a team in Hillsong Monterrey and meanwhile I made sure that the production standard keep raising every week in the other two locations.

Australia

At the end of 2007 I traveled to Sydney Australia, where I settled and volunteered at Hillsong Church.During that period, I mixed an average of 10 weekly services, and I got to participate as the Broadcast Engineer for mixing during the album recording of "Tear Down the Walls" from Hillsong UNITED,which was the first religious album to reach the US iTunes Top Albums Chart.
