Being responsible for meeting internal customers, documenting the needs of the project, gather the requirements and prepare BRD in order to coordinate with the development team the delivery of the project before deadlines. Perform gap analysis for enhancement projects to discover the main pain points. Contact all the requestors for all the pending projects in backlog and prioritize according to the different needs of the business units. Maintain current communication with the requestors and SME in order to obtain any missing or additional information related to any project.

Review, analyze and send discrepancy reports monthly todifferent distributors making sure that the requested chargeback amountsare correct according to the conditions previously established with each of them.Study the open AR for each distributor in order to performoffsets, write-offs, and follow up with aged amounts.Keep constant control of the upload information that the analystsdo assuring everything is under the parameters andavoidingduplicated information, errors from the distributors, and optimal input on the ERP.Control the unit trending monthly for each distributor, comparing what they bought vs. the declared sales making sure there is no problem with the flow of the process.Approve offsets from the distributors' accounts performed by the analysts, validating and ensuring they are taking the correct lines.
