Manage Risk Management projects, Develop and implement new process, evaluate and map out existing processes to identify improvement opportunities.Manage the enterprise level Risk Profile.

• Liaise with trade partners and team members (including estimators, company directors, tradesman and other construction professionals) regarding new and current projects.• Review, evaluate and prepare cost estimates by interpreting architectural drawings and specification.• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation in order to draft and submit project tenders.• Develop excel spread sheets to customise and facilitate the estimating process for our business.• General office Administration, including developing and maintaining data bases, general filing, document control and electronic filing.• Ensuring adherence to building legislation and standards of performance, quality, cost and safety.• Reviewing and submitting Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS).• Develop the business by means of introducing a new cost-effective marketing strategy i.e. develop website with content, create a social media presence and liaise with government agencies to obtain relevant accreditation.

The Uniform Protection Response Team was a small team of officers that after a rigorous selection process had to also pass several gateways to secure a position within the team. During my time in the team I was fortunate to be part of the CPP team assigned to Prime Minister during the 2016 elections and several other dignitary visits.

In 2010 I completed my second posting to the Solomon Islands as part of the Regional Assistance Mission to the Solomon Islands (RAMSI) as part of the Public Order Management Team in support of the mission during the elections. I also deployed to Christmas Island on several occasions as part of Operation CANA 2011 and Operation ETON 2013.

The Operational Deployment Team (ODT) was a dynamic multi skilled team of Protective Service Officers trained in Long Arms, Public Order Management Level 2 and Static Room Operations. We provided support to the Close Protection Teams by providing site security and other Australian Federal Police areas. I was assigned to the Prime Ministers static team during the 2007 election.

In 2003 I was posted to Nauru and sworn in to the Nauru Police for the duration of my posting assisting with the detention centre. I was then posted to the Solomon Islands for my first deployment with the Regional Assistance Mission to the Solomon Islands (RAMSI) and from there I was posted to the Australian Embassy in Jakarta, Indonesia to assist with ensuring the integrity of the embassy and occupants within by liaising with the local Diplomatic Police and BRIMOB (paramilitary unit assigned to protect the embassy)

• Liaising with government and non- government agencies i.e. Community police, ACT Juvenile corrections legal guardians and family.• Plan and participate in client skills development programs within the home and community settings.• Establish and maintain individual living plans suited to the client’s lifestyle i.e. Transport via government vehicle to appointments, approved social activities.• Promote, provide and monitor individual support and other services to the client.• Adhere to ACT Community Care Disability Program policy and procedures in the workplace.• Maintain and archive client records and complete daily administrative duties. • Participate in staff training, development, meetings and team building exercises.
