As the Managing Director of Latin America, Esteban leads Chazey Partners operations throughout the Latin America region. This includes business development, client engagement, managing personnel, serving as the engagement partner for Latin American clients, and leading project execution in the region for international clients.Identifying and targeting.

• Overall responsibility for the financial statements and transactional processes in all the LA countries
• Lead multicultural workgroups by motivating, recruiting and training staff (35 employees)
• Achieve economies of scale through centralization and process improvements
• Champion and promote Shared Accounting Services concept and communicate with other areas of the business within the Latin America Region.
• Continuous process improvements through best practices implementation such as Six Sigma, workflow, balance scorecards, document imaging, credit checking tool
• Manages relationship between In Country Finance representative and WW Shared Accounting Services teams.

• Interface with functional organizations and business units as a source of advice and counsel in business issues, provide support to achieve goals & objectives, and assist in the improvement of business processes.
• Lead, recruit and motivate a staff of 20 professionales in Argentina,Chile and Peru
• Responsible for overall finance and administrative aspects in the region and meet legal,tax and accounting rules
• Prepare Annual Plan and budgets including follow up on variance analysis
• Business partnership with sales, partners and distributors team to increase sales growth
• Negotiate payment terms and credit limits with end users and distributors

• SAP implementation in all Latin America countries (FI/CO)
• Lead a multicultural group of 20 people
• Create a Shared Service Center for latin America based in Argentina
• Detection of opportunities for process improvements
• Ensure compliance with Local and Corporate accounting policies and that 3Com policies and procedures are followed by In Country Finance resources.
• Provide support to countries by mitigating internal and external issues resulting from failure to comply with local government and tax requirements.

• Ensure compliance of local accounting, tax and legal requirements in the region
• Responsible for the accuracy of financial statements submitted to Headquarters
• Development and communication of procedures according to local requirements
• Sales Order backlog analysisand negotiate credit and payment conditions with partners
• Responsible for submission of Sales Forecast to Headquarters
• Support General Manager analyzing sales contracts

• Implementation of business tools to measure business performance
• Responsible for controlling budget for the region ($5 millions annually)
• Start up finance activities for 3Com Argentina
• Implementation of accounting system for the branch (Sun Systems)
• Prepare financial pack to report to Headquarters

Responsible to provide accounting and administrative outsourcing services for multinational companies
