Responsible for:- Implementation of PMBOK standards to the projects of the ITDepartment.- managing documentation: System requirements, flowcharts, low-fidelity- prototyping, user and administrator manuals.- Development of document management with PMIS (ProjectManagement Information System).- WBS Planning & Scheduling in MS Project.

Responsible for:- identifying improvement opportunities in the projects of the IT department.- Implementation of digital signature in procedures and information systems.- Administration of CRM Dynamics and other in-house developedapplications.

- Process mapping and identification of improvement opportunities.- Definition of the Vision and Mission of the new Rapipago Network Management, including the analysis and definition of its management model, improvements and Job Descriptions- Audit processes for certification in the logistics industry

Assistance to:- the development of technical and economic public projects.- the Project Manager: feasibility study, covering technical, economic, andenvironmental aspects.
