Operational Services, Support and Consulting, Including managing a team of 2 managers and 8 consultants. • Responsible for complying with the company´s strategy and activities: • Create and analyze, along with the management, a monthly detailed operational report on the performance of the consulting, project and support areas.• Implementing procedures, project management methodology, controlling costs and measure performance and profitability of the projects.• Support and continuous supervision over the operational improvement strategies and generation of new services. Supervision over the correct closure of billing milestones and help detecting new business opportunities• Team management: Prioritize the activities in different areas of the company and following up on a monthly basis. • Responsible for the Design and execution of a plan to implement the collaborative “redarchies” for 2021 in order to start the transition from a hierarchical company to a “redarchical” one, making a more efficient collaborative work placing the client in the center. • Improvement in software development through the implementation of DevOps techniques on Azure.• Improvement in the support area that allows the creation of management indicators on customer support and also the creation of a knowledge base to improve response times for our customers´ problems. • Responsible for the Planning and execution of the Project of Implementation of LOC SMS software in Bolivia for 12 supermarkets, starting the pilot on April 2021. • Responsible for creating collaborative activities that improve the integration and collaboration of the work team, allowing the team to be aligned to achieve common objectives.
