Accountable for the Core products: - Credit and debit card payment platform (face 2 face and online experiences), end-to-end transactional process, performance and scalability.- Responsible for the relationships and compliance with the Acquirers, Issuers, PROSA, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Valeras (as SiVale, Sodexo and others.- All new payment methods including credit/debit cards, cash, QR, local payment standards, loyalty programs & rewards. Including exploration of new opportunities as cryptos and disruptive models in the market.- Hardware: research, prototype, launch and maintain the card readers (POS) and accessories (as cashbox, printers, more)- Responsible for “Recharges” products/services as top-ups (airtime, internet) and Bill payments- Product Operations: settlement, disbursement and reconciliation. Ensuring all the calculations and execution of daily payouts to the customers.- Co-lead the strategy for the “small and long tail customers” for the company.

Accountable for the Product strategy of the merchant acquisition business for the bank:- Accountable for the entire product portfolio (ecommerce, POS, MPOS, Recurring Payments, Payment Links, API Integrations, and more)- Led the Digital transformation mid/long term program, defining, prioritizing and executing high impact initiatives (New products/features) for the Acquiring Business Line.- Carried out the strategy and managed the relationships with local and international FINTECHs in order to be incorporated to the bank as Payment Facilitators, positioned the bank as one of the most viable options for FINTECHs in Mexico.- In charge of the P&L, budget, pricing strategy, portfolio segmentation, cost reduction, internal bonus programs (for the sales teams).- Contract/Pricing/Service negotiations with high profile customers, including technical/functional explanation of our APIs and standard services. Negotiated strategically tailor-made requirements- Incorporated +15 vendors, leading contract/pricing negotiations. Implemented different solutions as SAAS, direct integrations, and more.- Ensured compliance of the local/international rules (according to VISA, MasterCard, AMB standards)
