In this position I had three accountabilities: 1) Analytics; 2) Problem Solving; and 3) Sales: I was in charge to develop analysis based on Store Observation (NSO) facts to answer tactic questions about clients’ execution; I had to coordinate operation team to solve quality problems (e.g., absence of Stores in a Data Base, absence of trend); and finally, I had an annual Sales Goal.Main achievements:• I had 8 clients (more than 20 categories), 6 of these clients increased Nielsen investment because higher sample sturdiness was required or additional facts was needed, thanks to an extensive analysis.• NSO service reached more people into these 6 companies, Nielsen clients’ teams had a deeply understanding of the NSO capabilities and utility.• Reduce solving problem timing, in 75%: from 2 months average to 2 weeks average.
