Leader Consultant - Diversity and Inclusion During my first rotation, I capitalized on an in-depth understanding of HR practices by driving diversity policies and programs with senior HR staff, including Dell's Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer. I advised senior leaders on the latest diversity principals, practices, themes, knowledge and practical application. In addition, I administered consultation to senior management in interpreting human resource policies and programs, ensuring that service comply with state/federal laws, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) guidelines, and diversity & inclusion standards. I acted as a project manager for the first ever mini-Dell Experience Lab, a partnership between Dell and Home Depot to empower the students of Clark Atlanta University (one of Dell's core HBCUs) with access to Dell's greatest technology. Furthermore, I performed extensive research on Dell's competitors and the overall tech industry for better positioning in the increase of diversity and inclusion numbers in women leaders and Black and Hispanic management percentages. Leader Consultant - HR Business Partner (2nd Rotation) I consulted with executive leadership in organizational development, change management, engagement strategies, talent management, and workforce strategies. I also utilize HR metrics to provide insight to senior managers on employee turnovers, training participation, engagement and other information keys to measuring existing HR programs' success.I function as the lead strategist and project manager for services, digital and marketings Graduate Networking Program (GNP), supporting over 1,300 team members across the globe. I create positive employee experiences by coaching managers on how to be servant leaders while managing employee relations and creating a collaborative work environment.
