For almost three decades, I have been a leader and an innovator in the field of pre-college and residential summer youth enrichment programs, creating and delivering engaging and impactful learning experiences for thousands of students from diverse backgrounds and interests. I've collaborated with esteemed universities, gifted education experts and unique corporate partners to craft profitable ventures, and curricula. My primary focus lies in creating academic programs that resonate with 21st-century skills, crucial for students' academic and career success. I have an acumen for developing revenue-generating approaches centered around scalability, market distinction, and alignment with the organization's strategic objectives and mission.I am the Head of New University Partnerships & Managed Programs at Summer Discovery, the expansion and cultivation of our university and strategic managed partnerships. Before joining Summer Discovery in 2019, I enhanced Georgetown University's pre-college program as the Assistant Dean of Summer and Special Programs, boosting enrollment and revenue to record levels. This achievement set the stage for my move to Summer Discovery, where I have been instrumental in forging strategic partnerships with prestigious institutions, including the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Dartmouth College, Barnard College, Columbia University, UC Berkeley (M.E.T., Changemakers, Jacobs Institute of Design, School of Engineering), Tufts University, and The New School, Parsons School of Design.
