- Manage all Taiwan Distributors and Elite/Select partners who are focusing on Juniper Product line.- Ensure successful implementation and execution of partner sales plans to drive and close sale through channel partners.- Recruit, train, and retain key partners and distributors in my assigned region through sales best practices, and channel enablement programs. - Strategize, plan and execute partner enablement and training activities via partner program, seminar or webinars.- Collaborate with APAC channel team to drive programs and events to extend the relationships to distributors and existing partners. - Implement partner sales campaigns (partner events, trade shows, promotions, etc.) to drive demand generation activities that will meet sales targets.- Conduct regular business review and planning meetings with managed distributors.

- Manage Juniper product, create the product promotion, sales incentive, marketing campigns and training for sales team to meet targets.- Collaborate with Juniper Channel team to executive partner program, marketing event, partner recruitment.- Collaborate with Juniper Account sales team with the project support and follow up.- Collaborate with Juniper Technical team to deliver the latest update to partners, regular TAC case reviewing, training arrangement.- Inventory management, creating marketing plan, building well communication between internal team and vendor.
