-Get the client details and log a case in the system-Ensure all service calls are dispatched within SLA-Assign fault & non-fault calls to relevant engineers/service partners to handle calls-Filing of faxes, technical bulletins, invoices, service reports and etc-Distribute documents such as invoices, claims and request forms to relevant departments-Ensure invoices from service partners are attached with relevant documents-Service partners assignment tracking-Prepare monthly/yearly report to internal/external clients-Filling of reports

1) Manage database integrity by tapping into other database sources and marketing activity.2) Work with Information Systems department or other departments to ensure smooth and effective of managing the database system.3) Implement Customer Relationship Management programs and initiatives targeting various customer segments. 4) Improve targeting of marketing campaigns through customer profile analysis. 5) Improve and create system for data entry.6) Do analysis and reporting from CRM programs.7) Deal with others organization to ensure smooth and effective program or campaign.8) Purchase and prepare CRM package for customers9) Coordinate, monitor and follow up on branches implementation of localized customer event10) Work with suppliers / arrange for FA / mock ups, quantity required and distribution / mail out to branches / customers11) Assist to do budgeting and expenses for department
