Responsible leading the planning team to develop accurate production plans in order to meet forecast, customer requirements and inventory plans; developing and monitor 12 months rolling MPS; ensuring ABC Target Inventories, OTD of 91%.

Responsible to manage demand input at the plant level and provide strategies and techniques to manage the inventory of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products within the organization, as well as carry out the planning of the installed/required capacity to carry out the production plan.

Keeps the planning parameters updated based on the inventory strategy. Identify demand variations to establish stock strategies working along with manufacturing, marketing and customer service to ensure the highest possible level of customer service while maintaining productivity and efficiency goals.

Responsible for all production planning and scheduling activities, analyzing the internal performance of Operations in terms of OTD achieving optimized delivery performance and inventory goals

Responsible for production planning based on sales and marketing plan with requirements from customer orders and forecast with current inventory, managing and expediting production work orders.

Responsable of managing and lead customer focus team on all customer activities internal and external working with production, product engineering, warehouse, shipping, and purchasing for any issues related to priorities, holds, throughput or capacity issues, part shortages, or engineering changes on released orders

Act as a main contact for receipt and entry of new orders, change orders and net change analysis from customers
