Main responsabilities:• Define long term business planning + 100 days plan, defining and monitoring OKRs.• Coordinate and influence a cross-functional team (tech, product, sales, marketing) to achieve shared strategic objectives.• Lead communications with both national and international key partners.• Monitor P&L, CF, bank accounts, and supervise month, quarter and annual closing.• Manage the product roadmap and prioritize features aligned to customer needs and tech market trends.

Main purpose: Manage the overall company’s operations, including marketing, communications, design, tech, customer service, and logistics, providing leadership in accordance with vision, mission and goals of the company.Responsibilities:• Develop the Business Plan together with the CEO, ensuring its alignment with short-term and long-termobjectives.• Own P&L (7+M€).• Prepare an annual budget, forecast requirements, schedule expenditures, analyze variances and initiating corrective actions.• Define the 3 business units (ecommerce, wholesale, retail) strategic and operational plans, establishing main OKR for each business area.• Work with data to track progress and decision making.• Analyze problematic situations and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.• Work to improve existing processes to minimize inefficiencies and eliminate bottlenecks.• Lead top-priority strategic projects. Coordinate other multiple projects, defining the prioritization, and acting as a facilitator by eliminating any difficulties the team may encounter.• Motivate employees (25+) to ensure maximum performance and implement policies that promote company culture and vision.

• Define and execute online campaigns using multiple channels (search, display, social, emailing).• Redesign a new corporate website and develop from the scratch a new ecommerce, defining structure and content, closely collaborating with the international online marketing team.• Define social media strategy and manage its execution.• Monitoring, optimization, and reporting of online marketing activities undertaken.

• Define, implement and evaluate trade marketing strategic plan, coordinating its execution with the rest of departments implicated.• Key Account Management (main travel agencies). Coordinate CoOp advertising campaigns.• Collateral material development. Coordinate its production and distribution.• Website maintenance and email marketing campaigns.• Monthly KPIs report and budget management.
