Estefania “Fani” Arregui-Gomez co-founded Ábaco in 2014, along with her friend and chosen family Dr. Dan Navarro.Fani is a highly motivated self-starter capable of taking charge and “getting things done” in unstructured, highly dynamic environments. At the inception of the company, Fani’s focus was on building a mature company infrastructure (systems, tools, processes, past performance, contract vehicles) to enable the growth of the company. Fani sets the strategic direction of the company based on Abaco's the core values of inclusion, people first mentality, integrity, ingenuity, and purposeful legacy. Fani’s passion is to leverage Abaco’s successes as a conduit to help women enter or re-enter the workforce, providing opportunities for growth and success in a safe, inclusive work environment that capitalizes on the strengths of its diverse workforce.
