I'm Estefi, an Ecuadorian born and raised designer, creative soul, and overall nerd.I'm the Co-Founder & Design Lead at TakeThree Studio, a creative studio founded to help brands dream bigger and tell their story on digital. We focus on brand development, web design and creative strategy & consulting and have worked with clients from New York, California, Philadelphia, Amsterdam, Ecuador, and more.I'm a podcast addict, recipe rebel and I love engaging in conversations about all things mental health, design, cooking, and the latest podcast/youtube episodes I’ve consumed. Whether you're a brand looking for a creative team or just another creative looking for someone to shoot the sh*t with, hit me up.A bit more about me:I lived in NYC for 8 years and worked in the advertising industry for almost 5, for small fashion and marketing boutiques to big ad agencies, on clients such as Mercedes-Benz and smart USA. During that time, I worked on a variety of projects ranging from social media and web design to creative ideation and content creation. Throughout my agency life, I’ve been able to master the craft of working with a large team of creatives, developers, project managers and functional analysts. More importantly, I had the opportunity to lead the global re-platforming for our main client for their teams in the US, Mexico, and Canada as well as kick-off/onboard a design team in Beijing, China.These huge opportunities and responsibilties planted seeds of confidence in myself, that I had more to give in this world as a woman creative and designer.Fast forward to March 2019, I decided to quit my job and renounce my hard-earned work visa to start over and create something that I can call mine. After convincing my partner that “The American Dream” didn’t mean we had to live in American to chase it…June 1st, 2019, we both moved to Ecuador and started our freelance creative studio, TakeThree Studio.Now here we are, almost 2 years, 60 + projects, 30 + clients in and we're just getting started.
