• Responsible for the review, solution and notification of billing problems at SAP level.• Responsible for the review and notification of pending orders blocked from delivery.• In charge of general support to users of the SAP system, referring to downloading reports and general doubts.• Attendance at meetings and training corresponding to any improvement or new process in SAP.• Responsible for the generation of stock reports of pharmacy products for the review and notification of those that are located in an erroneous SAP warehouse.• Review of new clients created for the notification of corrections in case of error.• Responsible for the execution and adequate follow-up of requests for the purchase of products or medical samples of intraocular lenses, supplies, contact lenses, and pharmacy products.• Support in the creation of credit notes, debit notes, and rebills in SAP, involving contact via email or telephone with the client to follow up causes and solutions to rejection problems or billing errors.• Management of urgent orders, which involves contacting and coordinating with Alcon warehouse and motorized transport.• Daily telephone assistance with internal and external clients.

• Responsible for the analysis and migration of current customer data to the new SAP system.• Responsible for requesting the creation of new clients indicating all the necessary information regarding SAP parameters.• Perform tests on the billing process of purchase orders in the new SAP system.• Coordinate review of general scenarios with the Alcon Latin America team, in order to escalate and solve problems on the operation of the new system.• Follow up and comply with the basic requirements of dispatch guides and electronic invoices, through daily meetings with the local and US Alcon teams.• Responsible for training Alcon Chile end users on the new SAP system, based on the training received by the Alcon United States team.
