Implementation projects of a MES and the main tasks are:- Implementation of production management software, real-time inventory and records, traceability, computerized and accessible information from anywhere.- Establish project objectives and formulate a project blueprint. Assess potential project risks and devise effective solutions.- Provide regular project status updates and generate progress reports while overseeing stakeholder expectations. Acting as the intermediary between the client and various internal teams - including technical support and development.- I manage the project in terms of hours and implementation, provide training for different application modules, analyze all existing documentation at the client, and suggest how it can be dematerialized in the application. Assign tasks to the technical or customer teams. Develop and execute test plans. - We also support integration with various billing software, namely, Primavera 10, Eticadata, PHC.- I have been involved in about 12 projects (9 national and 3 in Africa - Angola and Mozambique). Currently, I handle projects at the same time, mostly in the food industry. In addition, I support other projects.- In addition to developing all specific client documentation, we also focus on standardizing all documentation that is common to any client and how we can improve project management.

We operate in two sections: finishing section and in the shipping area. In the finishing section, we did the analysis of the production system, in which we proposed a new layout, made ergonomic improvements, 5S and also made a simulation through the SIMIO tool. In the area of the expedition was made a restructuring of the layout, which made life much easier for the workers.To plan our project, we used SCRUM methodology.
